We are looking for a Head of Sales with experience in Sales and process management, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. And, of course, someone who can inspire the team and lead them towards the goal together 🚀
Our Head of Sales will help establish operationally efficient sales functions to facilitate the future scaling of the business. The sales department generates more than 50% of the revenue, making this a strategically important role.
More about the Sales Team: Our structure includes 20+ sales specialists. We operate in the Ukrainian, Polish, and Brazilian markets.
Your tasks will be:
- Team management and development
- Working with sales scripts/techniques and assisting Sales Managers to improve their conversion rates
- Creating revenue-generating A/B experiments (promotions)
- Evaluating, improving, and optimizing current processes (CRM/docs/dashboards)
- Development of new policies
- Tracking key metrics and conducting in-depth analysis of data
- Close collaboration with the Marketing and Finance departments to ensure coordinated business growth.
What will you need to succeed:
- 4+ years of experience in B2C sales or telesales, with 2+ years in management roles leading teams of 20 or more people
- Proven experience in building efficient sales organizations in global companies
- Experience in developing exceptional sales team leaders
- Upper-intermediate level or higher proficiency in English
- Foundational solid skills: strategic, analytical, and abstract thinking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders and partners at different levels
- Approach work with curiosity and demonstrate high ownership, attention to detail, proactivity, and perseverance
