We seek our best Partnership Manager who will work closely with companies, build relationships with recruiters, and help students get their dream jobs. This role directly impacts the company's profit🚀

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 1–3 years of Partnership Management/Business Development/Recruitment/Sales experience. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships;
• Strong business sense and a passion for using data to make decisions;
• English B2+.
  Bonus Points:
• Experience in sales (selling services is best, but not critical);
• Good understanding of how the IT market for juniors/middle-level candidates works.

What You’ll Do:

•  Search for new partner companies;
•  Building relationships for further hiring of graduates;
•  Increasing company awareness and loyalty to us;
•  Increase the number of hires;
•  Soon, access to international companies and work in the international market.
