🤘Already, 4000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs in just 4 months of training. We successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and expanding. 

We are scaling our marketing team in Brazil and looking for a TikTok Creator. You will be responsible for creating viral TikTok videos that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.

Your tasks will be

• Develop and produce viral TikTok content that resonates with our target audience.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, challenges, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the PR and marketing teams to align content with our brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Edit and optimize video content using TikTok’s in-app features and other editing tools.
• Monitor and analyze video performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to refine content strategy.
• Experiment with different content styles, including educational, entertaining, and promotional videos.
• Engage with followers through comments, duets, and other interactive features to build a strong community.

Examples of projects

• Create short videos showing the daily routine of Mate students.
• Use popular TikTok trends to showcase Mate.
• Create and post short videos where graduates talk about their IT career journey.
• Post funny, relatable memes about IT and studying at Mate.

What will you need to succeed

• Proven experience creating viral content on TikTok, either personally or professionally.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using a smartphone and basic editing tools (TikTok's tools, CapCut, or other editing apps).
• Creative storytelling skills with a good sense of humor and, the ability to create meme content is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and staying up to date with digital trends.
• Desire to be "on camera" and create talking videos is a big plus.
• Portuguese - Native, English - Intermediate+.
