We're expanding with a new product, a subscription-based AI Nutritionist.
It’s a mobile app that helps users plan healthy meals for themselves and their families, leveraging AI for personalized goals and tracking.
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta), you’ll be key in scaling this new product in Tier 1 markets. Your primary responsibilities will include leading paid media campaigns, experimenting with strategies, managing and scaling budgets.If you're excited about launching a high-value product from scratch with a top-tier team, solid budgets, and full support - let’s talk!

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3+ years of media buying, user acquisition experience in a product company.
- Proven track record of scaling Meta ads with a budget of $100k+
- Experience with subscription-based products targeting Tier 1 markets is essential
- Strong analytical skills with campaign measurement, data analysis, and A/B testing expertise
- A "builder's" mentality, comfortable creating and scaling from the ground up
- In-depth knowledge of key advertising metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL.
- Expertise in optimizing traffic based on CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR metrics.
- Experience working with creative production
- English - upper-intermediate level or higher.
Bonus Points:
- Practical experience with Amplitude or Looker
- Familiarity with automation tools (Revealbot, Airtable)
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a product growth strategy
- Launch campaigns on Meta
- Optimize campaigns based on CAC and ROAS
- Contribute creative ideas to the production team and ensure the development of successful creatives
- Propose improvements to existing flows and suggest entirely new acquisition flows and features to enhance CAC, LTV, CR
- Analyze and monitor ad account and user flow metrics, adjusting campaigns and ad sets based on data insights
- Develop and deliver clear reports on campaign performance, including takeaways, next steps, and optimization recommendations
- Track and manage key performance metrics, including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to shape all the strategies
- Ready to work not only with UA, but also with creative production
