We are looking for our best Employment coordinator to join our Brazilian team, who will directly impact the success of the students' employment process, changing their lives!

Your mission will be to support and assist students at every stage of their employment journey, from course completion to securing a job offer.

     Your skills:

• 2–5 years of experience working with people. We’re not looking for someone with a long track record. What matters most is your interest in growing with us

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize

• Ability to motivate and get along with different people

• Strong ownership and time management skills

• Experience in working with documents/spreadsheets/dashboards

• Hands-on with various tools (ATS, CRM, task trackers, etc.) or a fast tech learner

• A proactive mindset in decision-making and experimentation

• Ability to write clear, grammatically correct, engaging texts (emails, messages)

• Desire to learn how technologies work ‘under the hood’ and complete our basic courses (HTML/CSS, JS, SQL, Data analytics...)

• English at Upper-Intermediate level and above. You'll collaborate with a team from Ukraine and Poland, while student and market communication will be in Portuguese. You should feel confident using both languages.

• Experience in HR, recruiter, coordinator roles

• Understanding of how LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards work

• Understanding of the IT market, technologies, and hiring approaches
  
  Your tasks will be:
  

• Preparing students for job search: help with creating a competitive resume, cover letter, social media profiles

• Conducting webinars and lectures on employment and mock interviews for students

• Supporting students in the process of applying for jobs and communicating with recruiters

• Analyzing students' progress in finding a job

• Analyzing the IT market in general (number of vacancies, job boards updates, etc.)

• Working with Slack, CRM system, and task managers

• Working with the Partnership team

• Be empathic and motivate students when they need it
