We’re after a Junior Creative Marketing Manager who gets a rush from turning ideas into scroll-stopping ads.

You’ll actively participate in the creative engine behind Kodree, a subscription-based platform helping people gain practical, hands-on skills in any subject through web and mobile apps on both iOS & Android.

The platform adapts to each user’s level and language, ensuring an 80% practice-focused approach.

Kodree is scaling fast, with 50% of users in the US and other Tier-1 markets.

Who we are looking for:

• You’re passionate about creativity and data and eager to grow in performance marketing

• You enjoy working with experiments, A/B tests, and analytics as much as generating creative ideas

• You’re ready to quickly understand key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) and learn how they influence creative decisions

• You’re curious about target audiences and know how to turn insights into effective creatives

• You’re detail-oriented, willing to learn, and ready to write clear briefs and collaborate with designers and motion teams

• English level: B2+

• Supporting the creative process from idea to launch together with the team

• Contributing to campaign concepts for paid traffic and performance goals

• Working with different creative formats (static, video, UGC) and understanding their impact on results

• Writing briefs and reviewing creatives, based on feedback and performance data

• Analyzing basic metrics and suggesting improvements for optimization

• Monitoring trends and testing new tools to improve the creative workflow

• Platforms: Meta (80%), Google, YouTube, TikTok
