We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer (Landing Pages / Marketing) who is eager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our academy’s growth. This role is crucial in attracting new leads and improving our conversion through impactful visual design and landing pages.
Key responsibilities:
Design landing pages for new and existing educational programs.
Enhance and optimize the website, focusing on conversion rate and A/B testing.
Design promotional materials and assets for marketing campaigns.
Create presentations, banners, and other marketing content.
Contribute to building and maintaining the website design system.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
Required skills:
UI / Visual Design: Websites and landing pages.
Graphic Design: Promo materials, banners, presentations, and illustrations.
Conversion-focused design (CRO basics).
UX Research: Surveys, interviews, competitive analysis.
Design Systems knowledge.
Basic understanding of design processes like JTBD, Double Diamond, and Design Thinking.
Microcopy & UX writing fundamentals.
Cross-functional collaboration and design handoff.
English level: Intermediate (B1).
Nice-to-have skills:
Webflow experience.
Illustration and motion design skills (Lottie or Rive).
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency.
Your typical tasks will include:
Designing landing pages for course launches, promotional campaigns, and webinars.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the website's visual design and conversion optimization.
Creating reusable components for the website design system.
Utilizing AI-assisted website builders to enhance the design workflow.
