🌎 Successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.
We're building a new AI Automation course inside our upskill direction, and we need someone who has actually shipped automation projects. You'll turn what you already know into the backbone of a course built around practical tasks per topic.
Your qualities and skills that will be valued:
3+ years of hands-on experience with automation and RPA tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, UiPath) on real, delivered business cases.
Practical experience integrating LLMs into automated workflows: agents, triggers, API calls.
A track record of finding where automation actually pays off inside a business, not just where it's technically possible.
Comfortable reviewing AI-generated content critically: catching what it got wrong and adding what it couldn't know.
Your additional advantages:
A consulting background in automation or process optimization.
Case studies or talks presented at AI or automation conferences.
Experience training non-technical teams or mentoring junior specialists.
Active presence in AI or automation communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Improving the theoretical and practical assignments for the course, drawing on my own professional experience in the field.
Developing practical tasks related to specific functional objectives.
Running live Q&A sessions based on questions that students submit in advance via a form.
Flagging gaps in the theory and passing them back to the instructional design team.
We offer:
Mission to help millions of people advance their careers in the tech industry.
A minimum of bureaucracy.
An incredible team that takes pride in what they do, which makes work an exciting adventure.
Practice your soft-skills - mentoring is a great way to grow to Senior positions faster.
Hourly compensation and flexible schedule - your mentorship week will include 10+ hours of work that you can distribute throughout the week.
Our hiring process:
Interview with Course Producer.
